I am in a good place with myself. My armpits have never smelled like a dumpster before now, but that's not worrying. I'm going to take a break from solow, or, solo, and come back after I've finished Baz portrait etc.

It’s a good start
I’m off to the gym and swimming now...
I had the pool and jacuzzi to my self for an hour yesterday....
