This was Nico's first ever solo single. It was before the Velvet Underground "Warhol" album (which then made Nico quite popular).
This song has been difficult to find on CD but there is an excellent US compilation called "Nico - The Classic Years" which starts with this song.

The same CD also has the very rare 7" single version of "All Tomorrow's Parties"......just a bit of trivia!
