I was supposed to get this check for a little job a couple of months ago, but it never came and I'd given up.

My Mum used to always say that about itchy palm but I never
got money after itchy palm.
Although I used to get it a lot before I discovered I was allergic
to bananas.
Now I'll have none of them, and thankfully forego the itchy palm,
the expectation of getting money, and the gallons of calamine lotion......
