Inferior? I think not. I've seen some unofficial merch that was designed way better than this crap.

And of course, there are numerous reproductions of old Smiths tour shirts which you wouldn't be able to find new anyway. I got an amazing reproduction of a "Shoplifters" Elvis t-shirt on ebay for half the price the official store charges for their crap.

You are entitled to your opinion, but buying unofficial unlicensed items do not help Morrissey.

Some other sites exploite Smiths and Morrissey's popularity.

I also like this a lot but I'm not sure it's wise to live and walk around in the ghetto with a shirt that says I'LL KILL YOU. It's better to go sorta neutral. Or Dodgers.

I must be completely overlooking it, but is there an actual size chart on the site somewhere with measurements?

It says:

But, so far all I see is just small, medium, large etc..

Never heard of Etsy though .. apparently I can get a "Jim Morrissey" t-shirt which has a picture of The Smiths on it.

It's clearly a joke. I think it's fine. He was selling this design on the last tour too but no-one seemed to care then. You know it's a nod to a famous Doris Day image, right? She didn't seem very violent!

I love this one too. I saw a guy at the fair with the barbershop tee and I was a little jelly.

The problem with these HUGE BLOCK GRAPHIC designs that Moz seems to prefer, all the way back to the Kill Uncle Sitwell shirt, is that they don't work with tits. Tits distort the image. It's made for dudes with flat, billboard chests. Even back in 91 when I had teeny rosebud bewbs the huge graphic looked mis-shapen and I became aware and ashamed I was ruining the image.

I also just received (today, actually) a really sweet unlicensed Smiths black hoodie with purple flowers on it - from an Ebay seller in the UK. LOVE!!
