Mozza in the house...in Dublin?

Being a fairly recent convert to the brilliance of the Moz, I am unaware where our favourite songsmith resides while he stays in Ireland. I've heard he owns a house in Dublin. Is this true as I'll be in Dublin next week and would love to visit there for a photograph and general worship session. cheers folks.

Not in the old house

well, he did have a house in Dublin, near Malahide (been there, done that, how sad am I!). However, a couple of years ago when I was there it was on the market and I'm sure he sold it, or at least tried to. I know it didn't reach the asking price initially but then ... ?
