Who is Julie Hamil? I don't know much about it all.

It's just an online community really, who have an annual meetup (no membership or anything, just a place for Morrissey fans to meet) at the Star and Garter. Used to be a better evening than it is now.

Julie is its de facto/self appointed leader.
