The Boy George anecdote is cute. Here's George's tweet.

When The Drums were mentioned on the main page many scoffed, but I think they have something interesting going. And they're handsome young lads. Whether it will last is always the question.

also... cut-off sweatpants? there goes 30 years of imagemaking. I know he's doing community service but there has to be a suitable look for pop stars picking up trash. *waits*

Besides, why isn't anyone telling mister BG to wear socks with trainers? Does he want to get athlete's foot?

"That's really , BG!" :)barf: off)

...maybe he poked him in the eye, because he really wanted to hurt him, really wanted to make him cry. Like that guy who tampered with his computer a while ago?

Come on BG, lighten up.

When you poke someone in the eye too much, here's what happens, usually:

..."Poke off"

urban dictionary sez:

"When two people (usually elderly) take up both lanes of a highway and drive a the speed limit or sometimes slower, causing everyone else to be pissed off.
ex: These old geezers are having a poke off. Hit the gas jerkoffs!"

mmm...Maybe they just stood there, and, being quite large and old, prevented the younger, smaller, thinner, hipper, paying guests behind them from seeing the band?

 Groovy, BG, groovy! :thumb:

I took poke off to mean one of them poked the other with their finger as if to say "hey you," then the other returned the gesture and it turned into a competition. Poke-off as in cook-off etc

Whatever-- didn't anybody pick up on the fact that Morrissey slipped back into Roma on vacation?
