for me- "michaels bones" reminds me of a lad at school who collapsed and died on the sports ground during a p.e. lesson - wasnt called michael before anyone asks.

not really.

I can't think of any, which feels rather strange in a way, because I feel it's very common to project your on life to songs. Arent you supposed to?

But when faced with it, I can't feel anybody deserves to "be in" a song of his.
Even though many of his lyrics are supposed to, and actually may potrait life "as it is lived", as Morrissey once said, I feel they picture an ideal that real life never seems to live up to. An imperfect and sometimes flawed ideal, but a perfect ideal, still.

Life can be nice, but it's still very concrete to me, and that's way real life never really fits in his lyrics.

Am I making ANY sense?

Sometimes I think of Our Frank, when I think of myself.

black eyed susan rest and do nothing .................

used to know one like that back in the days when i was hopelessly poor

'What Difference Does it Make?' makes me think of my friend because we went walking around Munich saying alternate lines from it. So I suppose it's not so much himself but the action that it reminds me of.
