I saw in solo's frink archive that Morrissey turned up to a Pretender's signing session at this store in 2008 to support his friend Chrissie Hynde, and that it's just up the road from the Cat & Fiddle pub. Maybe that memory led to the photo of them drinking together being posted on Central yesterday?
