Thanks for the memories, Sonny Jim. I still have that copy of Q magazine in storage somewhere. Wasn't Moz living in Los Angeles then? The photos with that article were fantastic. Moz looked so handsome and masculine. I think that was a happy time for him. One of my favorite quotes from Moz is from 1987: "I've been termed a manic depressive--usually by people who've never met me--but I am capable of looking on the bright side. I just don't do it very often". (from the book, Morrissey in his own words).

I share his opinion about the endless sex-themed pop songs. It wouldn't be so bad if in their songs sex was mentioned fleetingly or some awkward lines, like "Your sexy whispers confuse me", but no – the more raunchy the lyrics, the more hype (and, of course, more money). I don't consider it music, it's impossible to listen to.
