I'm currently uploading a 4&1/2 gigabyte zipfile of all the shows and/or bootlegs and/or official recordings (about 24 or 25 folders in total) I have from between 1991 and 2000. I think the ones FWD shared are in there too but they may be different versions or different quality. Not sure. Varying bit rates but everything sounds golden. I will add the DL link as soon as it's generated but as of this posting the actual download probably won't be available for a few hours. But it's coming.
