Morrissey isn’t senile, he’s always been a racist

So much nonsense in this article. Just about everything cited is purposefully included without context.

Terrific, factual article, highlighting the man's own deeds and words.

Not factual at all. Highly subjective and selective. Making sweeping generalisations all over the place and ignoring any "evidence" to the contrary. I distinctly remember, for instance, Morrissey attacking Jamie Oliver - which the article says he didn't do. The writer also calls him anti-semitic which anybody with any knowledge of him knows he is not. He joked that "all reggae is vile" but actually likes lots of reggae songs - which again isn't mentioned. Etc, etc. There are too many factual mistakes in the article to actually list. A really dumb piece of writing.

Also, a reggae-influenced song.

Assuming you're referring to the cover of Redondo Beach? Probably wouldn't really reach for this one since "a reggae-influenced song" isn't gaining you too many points and it's actually a cover of a person who once sang "Jimi Hendrix was a n*****." Not that she meant it like that but yeah, if you're doing some voluntary public relations I'd just skip over that.

And racist doesn't necessarily mean hating non-whites to the degree that you can't steal their songs or you could have mentioned how "The Girl Least Likely To" is a complete rip-off of The Cookies "Only To Other People."

Ah! Like progressive stack points? The race to the bottom? Those points don’t matter in reality. The only time they *appear* to be relevant is in this context of defending against leftist gatekeeping.

:expressionless:
some 'insightful' left wing loony material from this freedomfromworkforcucks.org website:

We are socialists, disbelievers in property, advocates of the equal claims of all to work for the community as seems good — calling no-one master, and of the equal claim to each to satisfy as seems good to them, their natural needs from the stock of social wealth they have laboured to produce ...We are anarchists, disbelievers in the government of the many by the few in any shape and under any pretext.

 satisfy their needs from the STOCKo_O
of WEALTH:lbf:
they HAVE LABOURED:crazy:

FFS none of these cucks have had a job:swear

Girlfriend in a Coma = Young, Gifted and Black

Yet another journalist who falls into the “Morrissey is a racist” trap.

She even quotes “Asian Rut” as ‘evidence’. For God’s sake, read the lyrics!

Presumably she also thinks that “Heaven Knows I’m Miserable Now” is ‘evidence’ that Morrissey is miserable.

But, but, but just LOOK at the title of the song!

Don’t let the bastards get you down Morrissey. No one who actually matters believes you are racist.

People rarely mention the fact of Asian Rut being an unarguably anti-racist song. It sympathies with the friend of an Asian victim of violent racism and follows his vengeful plight. In fact people hardly mention the song at all. I think it's the best and most interesting track on Kill Uncle.

What's ironic is how its 1991 lyrics have dated. In current-day England it's more likely for a white schoolboy to be the victim of a racist Asian gang.

Tedium personified.

The above is a dumb peice of writing. You do know he didn't write the music, right? And you used also - so where is/are the other song/songs? Duh.

Duh? It’s musically based on one of his favourite songs - and he could have chosen not to write lyrics for it. Rubber Ring and Redondo Beach are also reggae-influenced, of course.

Exactly. Even worse is when they bring up This Is Not Your Country, another obviously, unarguably anti-racist song.
"And I'm stopped and repeatedly questioned: 'Born and raised ?' But this is not my country"
"I'm scared in my own country"
"British soldier pointing a gun and I'm only trying to post a letter"
It's ridiculous! Even Bengali sympathizes with the immigrant.
Darya obviously didn't read the lyrics to these songs before claiming that they were all racist. She knows others won't bother either- so she can advance the narrative that Morrissey is a Skrewdriver-esque white nationalist performer.

Pick it apart, with ease or otherwise. I see two factual issues. Of course that would be "boring" and why bother when you can just declare that the article is "nonese."
YOU don't get to say what is nonese!

Sometimes I like to troll. You know something? Uncle Skinny has had me on 'ignore,' has done for sometime, so I knew there was no way he'd see or reply to my post, but there was someone else I knew, I knew, wouldn't be able to resist. :lbf:
Your own sense of righteousness and your insufferable ego means you fall for my clickbait posts. Every. Single. Time.:rofl::rofl:

I really am your Huckleberry, Dave. :tiphat: :kissingheart::kissingheart:

I have always interpreted "This Is Not Your Country" as being sung from an Irish point of view against the British. So it's not exactly anti-racist but has nothing to do with racism or immigration. Just going from the song title someone might think it did.
