There is a thread in the 'Tour' part of the forums. Hope this takes you to the link for it http://forums.morrissey-solo.com/showthread.php?t=97270

If that doesn't work (I'm rubbish at this sort of stuff!), it should be on page 2 of the 'Tour' forum under the title 'Tour of Refusal Intros'. It was first posted by mhick and was last updated on 14 June.
