Just got in town, for tomorrow nights show, and stopped by the shop right outside the concert hall. Snagged a few shirts and a key chain. As I was checking out, the employee helping me told me that Saturday nights show was the largest volume of merchandise they have ever sold in one day for a performer in residency. So, the info is true, straight from an employee at Caesars' Palace. As a side note, lot's of fans shopping inside and super excited for the shows ...!!!

Oh, how I go to Las Vegas to see a recital of him...I feel helpless, it can't be real!! Seeing a Morrissey recital for the first time... I can't !!!!and it's like not having seen the sea!!!

The reason the merch sales are so high is because Morrissey fans are cleaning out the casinos for every dollar. Vegas is going to go broke. High rolling Morrissey fans going to casino to casino on the Strip and cleaning out the tables and slots, and then making deposits at the merch tables. Only logical conclusion.
