you mean on eBay one day at triple the original price? KU tour shirts, etc ridiculous prices, but people will pay it.

I must admit, I don't really do t-shirts anymore. But something about Vegas-centric shirts strikes me as extra tacky. I don't think these will be a hot commodity in the collector's market.
KU shirts, you're talking about 30 year old items. (how old does something have to be to qualify as antique, I wonder?)
I do admit, I regret letting many of my old shirts (from many bands) slip away over the years. I'm constantly boggling at the asking prices on ebay. But then- asking price isn't always what they go for.
