You're like Piers Morgan obsessed with Meghan Markle because after meeting her one time he believes they have some kind of connection and she owes him something. He says things that hurt his career, repeatedly, and what is his reward? Publicity. Not the sort that leads to sales but the sort that gets people demonizing and defending him. Anyone with any knowledge of psychology would look at his behavior and the reward it brings.
If he wanted money he would have done that reunion he discussed with Johnny Marr years ago. If he wanted money he would learn what to say and say it, or at least learn when to shut up.

Every single word here is true, but you will never ever get the Skin Man to admit it or even reply to you (at least not in any constructive manner). Not only do I think he will never recant his beliefs (he's a millionaire, what does he care?), I also severely doubt him saying anything will make any difference. Once you have been cancelled by the left and become an unperson, you are cancelled forever. Morrissey has had some poor-selling albums, done tours without a label (where 'breaking even' financially is probably all that could be hoped for) and lost money to Joyce in the court case. Yet even so, he has continued to do and say things that are more likely to lose him money than gain it. If he's doing all this for cash, he's absolutely hopeless at it.
