I had to browse through a few dozen pics on that Flickr site before I found this one. It says it's in Oakland, which I can only assume means California, based on the other pics.

I'm familiar with that view from the West Oakland BART Station in Oakland, California. I'm taking BART tomorrow, getting on at that station and will check it out. Hopefully the graffiti is still there.
