"Morrissey doesn't function well"

I just read the Danish music magasin Gaffa in which there's an interview with Modest Mouse. Isaac Brock from the band says the following about Modest Mouse, Marr and Morrissey:
"It's a wonderful gathering of weirdoes. And Johnny has become part of it. And as far as I understand, this is the happiest band family he has been in. From what I know, Morrissey doesn't function well"

Do you think that's true? I have always thought he was one who functions well and is in peace with himself

Probably just sour grapes from Marr.

I think Morrissey would (a) be upset that Marr or Mr. Mouse said he didn't function well and (b) in a calmer moment readily admit he doesn't function well. To back up (b) I present as evidence more than two decades of his songs which say: "I don't function well".
