Doesn't get more Morrisseyesque than Mike Leigh and his movies Naked and All or Nothing. All or nothing by the Salford director was probably the first the world saw of James Corden playing the obese teenage boy in a constant foul mood ending up having a heart attack.

The finest moment in film when it comes to painting a bleak picture where everything is like a long Morrissey video with just his songs and voice missing.

Suicide and despair in a kitchen sink drama set in London where the cab driver Phil tries to keep his family together but thinking about killing himself and as always with something like that other things in life takes place pushing everything toward a showdown and climax.
