These new tour dates follow the critically acclaimed performances of Morrissey’s recent U.S. Tour in Autumn of 2019 with special guests Interpol. The 30 date tour drew large crowds and received rave reviews across the country.

This new limited run of shows, set to kick off the launch of the ‘I Am Not A Dog On A Chain’ album, promise to be not-to-be missed affairs if reaction to Morrissey’s 2019 U.S. dates is any indication. Press who covered the U.S. Autumn tour raved about the powerful performances as some of Morrissey’s best ever, while continually commenting on the strength of his “ageless” vocals.

We all know skinny is going, that’s the hilarious part

finally using an up-to-date photo of himself and it's an epic shot with that cute outfit. he does look great from behind

He loves himself in his glitter outfit and pouting mouth. A mouth that has said some dreadful things.
Morrissey is not such a wonderful chap anymore, no matter how glittery he dresses his tarnished image.

His last UK tour was a huge success too, with 22,000 tickets sold in London alone. So I expect these to sell out soon, too.
The Paris and Cologne ones are smaller sized venues, so they will sell out soon, too.

Things have changed since then.

This time round there are less shows so less supply. The last tour had something like 8 arena shows and 80,000 tickets. This time there's 2 shows and something like 23,000 tickets. Even if demand has shrunk to half that of 2018, it's likely these shows will be near sold out even if overall sales are much less.

Why have the gigs before album release - can’t sell the album at the show.... all about money??

will he perform new songs...? Will Thelma Boston pop in?

Tarnished image is with the sad people who want to slaughter him and claim in the past they loved him. This is a shock to the claimers he is a racist, ah they may cry Thelma only sung with Moz to save his career. Morrissey solo do you need to let skinny and butcher idiots keep spewing piss lets be honest like the last tour will try to cause as much hatred as possible. Wake up this tour will happen and a huge massive thanks to Moz for coming back to GRACE the UK and sticking his finger up to the complete ARSEHOLES who have tried to drive him out. F@@k YOU ALL// See you soon Moz let no Dickheads will spoil your tour .

I assume the poster isn’t by SER

Confidence to tour before release of album says it all , not money confidence he will sell out pulling power of the great

Skinny dont worry about it. Everyone knows you want to attend the concerts but if you put on foot in the arena you will clamped with cuffs and escorted to the nearest police where you will be booked for trespassing.

Skinny whats with this row of anon troll postings? All whingeing about the same thing, like girls.

I went to the last Moz leeds arena gig and it went down as one of the worst Morrissey gigs I’ve been to, and I’ve been to quite a lot! Hoping this isn’t his only northern date! He should do a few nights at the Albert Hall in Manchester.

Hang in there Girl Racer :thumb:
The two dates at Castlefield Bowl were “postponed” not cancelled.
It’s not like Steve to let his fans down.

Well, I can't speak for anyone else, but I haven't seen him since 2011 and have no plans on changing that.

A look of speculation on here. Sit back, relax and let album and ticket sales speak.

It would need to be carefully managed; questions issued up front, sensible replies composed & rehearsed, strictly no ad libs, stick to a firm plan, no deviation from the script. Hopefully, fool proof methodology.

Yes, although he's funny when he's outraged about something personal. He'd probably hate the idea, but the more personal the question the better. I'd be aiming for anything about his love life, all the officials who appear to assault him, that court case could probably set him off for days.

Anything that's not politics, news topics or random bits of pop culture (because his default mode is to hate it. I think sometimes he'd like to reverse ferret after the initial reaction but doesn't know how).

And if there's any shocking anecdote that would land someone else in it, now is the time.

Also - teach him how to reverse ferret.

Thought I'd check in on Labour & they're all screeching at Paul Mason that he's an anti-Catholic sectarian bigot.

It's like we're a sitcom...

By the time Moz plays Leeds & London there won't be anyone who hasn't been called a bigot left in the UK.
