"Moon Over Kentucky" can be found on the Sparks album "A Woofer in Tweeter's Clothing". I believe this was the 1st Sparks album? Kimono My House came next (also a Morrissey favourite).

Boths CDs on eBay for £4.99.

    :o
The band is just called 'Sparks'. :D

"A Woofer in Tweeter's Clothing" is technically the SECOND album by the Mael brothers, but the first album where they are known exclusively as 'Sparks.' Their first album was released under the name 'Halfnelson,' which they soon dropped.

The beginning of this reminds me of Radiohead's Optimistic. Bit of a stretch, really.

  5. INDEED! a pet peeve of mine as well (as is using the term "pet peeve"... which I just did. Oh how I hate myself now)

I know they re-released Halfnelson with the name Sparks and retitled the album accordingly. But was that before or after the release of Tweeter?

I'd imagine after, but I really can't say with any degree of accuracy.
