That's cell phones for the yanks out there.

I recently bought a Samsung Tocco Lite or whatever it is. One of the touch screen phones and I want to personalise my ringtones via iTunes.

Only problem is the CD I got with the phone is saying that it's not compatible with my windows. I use Windows XP and my laptop is only a year old.

I've tried connecting the phone to the laptop but it keeps telling me I need to install the software using the CD.

What can I do?

Take it in to a larger store of The Carphone Warehouse, someone there will know or go into your network providers shop. Avoid Phones4U.

They're called Mobiles in the UK. The Germans and the Swiss call the "Handy's"
