Thank you Dreamer for sharing the Viva Hate outtakes. Great work! Hopefully others will also share what rarities they have with the rest of The Smiths community. In that spirit, below are links to all of the Miraval Session instrumentals. These have circulated before but there may have been fans that did not have a chance to hear them.

These are rough instrumental versions of songs that the band recorded (around the Southpaw Grammer period) and passed along to Morrissey for consideration. Morrissey obviously ended up later putting lyrics to some of the tracks like Boy Racer and Nobody Loves Us but apparently decided to pass on others like Laughing Anne etc.

Anyway, they are interesting instrumental insights into the development of a song within the Morrissey camp. Enjoy.

the untittle got a very good rythm, should have a remastering treatment, it will be great!

If Morrissey decided to pass on Laughing Anne and the other, then how did they get titles?

undoubtedly working titles that the band used for reference.
