there was only a small line this morning to buy the new dvd at virgin megastore. i'm so glad, i really wouldn't have waited for hours.

i'm hoping the security at this on isn't as bad as that of los angeles (as noted in the post below). i really want a photo. did they allow photos in l.a.?

haven't had an opportunity to watch the dvd yet. any comments?

called virgin yesterday and they said the wristband thing wasn't going to happen, which i didn't believe, and i went to bed very dejected. then this morning when i got to work i saw some of the posts here, called virgin again to see if they had any wristbands left, ran over there immediately. it's a shame the l.a. folks had to go through such trauma i.e., waiting all night, people cutting the line, etc. but perhaps because there was no publicity here, maybe hardly anyone knew about it? oh my god, i'm going to look into morrissey's blue eyes, how will i be able to do anything other than smile catatonically while feeling very duh-like?

Well that's my quota for jealousy filled for the next ten years..!

It seems so unfair I want to cry.

Lucky youuuuuuuuuuuu, oh do please say hello to him from me...oh go on he's sure to remember someone saying such a seemingly oddball thing as "Cinderella says hi by the way"!

you just need to give a little piece of paper with my e mail, and if you can, just say: a fan from Brasil sent this to you. PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Somnium, he already reads this site, and the only person he emails is David T.

So, why not post it here?

truthfully

Read what everyone else wrote. They couldn't feel their legs and they were having muscle spasms and that was only on the drive up the store. Imagine only getting about twenty seconds of this guy's time. The first thing on their mind is not going to be to hand him your email address.

Well, they couldn't do it even if they wanted to because it would be confiscated by security before they got to the table.

I know what some people said about what a great time they had and all, but the entire atmosphere sounded very freakish.

I can see Moz with the security guards before the event.

"Now, some of them are going to want me to sign other things besides the DVD. I'm going to act like I'm going to do it not to look like the bad guy, but your job is to strong arm me and say I can't do it. It would look suspcious if I can call the shots. After all, I'm the multi-million dollar pop star hosting this event and you are the rent-a-cop missing a hot date in the name of overtime. I'll give you $5 if you'll rough me up. An extra $50 if you mess up my hair."

Yes, and I am Liz Taylor... Did I tell you????

Hey, dear, if you are upset with him, I have nothing to do with it, ok?

Re: Is Morrissey here, with us??????

Use your noodle, Somnium. How did David Tseng get the inside scoop on being at the signing?

He has gone crazy. You see, at $19.95 his prices are INNSSSAANNNNEEEE!!!!!

>I wonder if
> he has stomach enough to read this.

I don't know, but it could explain his recent erratic behavior.

..and his recent erotic behavior....

He is the biggest computer geek on this site. He owns an iMac and allows himself to be photographed with it.

But you see, Morrissey is the sneaky kind. It would be very boring of him to reveal himself outright, so he likes to make hints and deny everything later.

I, being his website slave and all, would know!

Wow, dear... calm down. I never saw you like this.

True. Maybe he turned art for MONEY. Well, the guy needs a lot to buy his valium, prozac, zoloft, and God only knows.

> I don't know, but it could explain his recent erratic behavior.

Do you think we have such power???? On the other hand, it's like when people say terrible things about you, but you don't know, so it's ok. BUT, when, for accident, you come to a room and hear the hard truth, and you realize that you are not soooo beloved, and that you are not so cool as you thought,.... and they are makeing jokes behind you.... well, it could make you sooooo depressed.

> ..and his recent erotic behavior....

Oh, I really don't enjoy it at all. I believe (just my opinion) that he simply does not have a real sexual life. So, it's waste of time thinking about it.

MONEY MONEY MONEY $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$

Well, but sometimes I also feel a little sneaky, especially when I say a silly thing, and then...ops... it's time to go away, and nobody can see me cause I'm soooo ashamed!!!!! After this, it's so easy to say: No, I didn't say... No, I didn't do... No, I never...etc...

> I, being his website slave and all, would know!

I know you are very devoted, but if you have secrets in your pocket, ...why don't you share with us?????

Sorry. It was a joke, with a specific reference.

And then he turns around and has people sobbing over him at a DVD signing.

So, the harsh truth is that people love him so much that they want to hear from him all the time, and if they don't, they get very irritable.

If he acted on it, he would have one.

me too. i don't like anything i write. i don't even like coming back and clicking on my messages because those are framed seconds of time and shouldn't be viewed again.

sometimes, I would like to delete more than what you know...

Listen to "Wide to Receive" and you will have your secret.

No way. Moz is not on drugs. Sorry. He's just getting older and happier.
And for the money ...? It's underpaid, dangerous and dirty work, signing. Believe me. There's more money to be made with other things.
And if it all ended, Moz will simply be Moz, and not a dead pop persona struggling with decomposition.

So, what did HE get from all this? A headache, pain in the legs, and the knowledge he could have spent his time in a better way. In other words, "regrets".

Never mind... You have blood in your veins. I like it.

Like YOU????? Ok, I feel the same. Where is he? What is he doing??? But What really makes me bored is the fact that we are still waiting for a new album. Really, it makes me sad. He's got new songs, so why can't he say a little about this new material??? Because he has no label??? Because those are not available yeat???? No, I can't accept this. He could even say what is like those damn songs. Will it kill him?????

> If he acted on it, he would have one.

I'm sure he would, but honestlly sometimes I think that he simply does not like PEOPLE. Any kind of... Remember Greta Garbo, and her LEAVE ME ALONE?? or... I WANT TO BE ALONE...or CAN'T YOU SEE I JUST NEED TO BE ALONE???... and, in fact she was alone until the end.

> me too. i don't like anything i write. i don't even like coming

Well, sometimes I feel that I overdid, and I come and delete everything. Hopeful we can do that, right?

hmmmm, remember my first time????? ha ha ha!!!!!! I was so ashamed!!!! But you were very nice with me.

Sorry dear, but HE said that he tryied valium, and then prozac. I read this in an old interview... actually I have found this one here, on Morrissey-solo. "I'm not talking about that silly joke"...

I know... like "BEST OF... MOST OF"...

Isn't he already now???????....Sorry.

Oh, now we are talking about the same thing.

what were you saying about being nice to Morrissey? You may have hurt his feelings.

and he also said he stopped since he disliked the effects they had on him. There's no pharmaceutical cure for the Mozzer.
You consider Morrissey a dead pop star? That's funny. Try to meet one of those, and then Moz, you'll know the difference! Or else, you'll have to admit there are degrees in "deadiness".

The moment Mr. Moz stops recording, he'll stop being a pop star. He'll remain a star, though, can't change that. The morningstar, however, is NOT the eveningstar.

> Oh, now we are talking about the same thing.

we always are!
