I will say I am wrong if I am, you can hold me to it. I was basically responding to you saying you were shocked, not because it's wrong to be shocked, but it was the opposite for me because of all her addiction issues. Sometimes these celeb kids go the same way the parents did like Peaches Geldof and Bobbi Kristina Brown.
think she went off the rails with the marriages to michael jackson and nicholas cage but think she found happiness later on,infact she spent a summer working in a chippy on the english coast and said she loved it.

Well, she married this other guy, Michael Lockwood, who is a musican, producer, etc. back in 2006 and they had twin girls in 2008. Her addiction started up again after the birth and she relapsed a lot. This is all in court documents that went public. She was doing opiates and cocaine. They later went through a very messy divorce, it was all over the magazines and tabloids here. She said she found child porn on his computer and the child protective services took her children from her, it was a mess. She relapsed many times after that. She filed for divorce in 2016 and the divorce was finalized in 2021. Her life has really been a mess, but am not saying she didn't have periods of happiness like you describe.
That was her life, that's what she did, it got constant coverage here, I don't see any reason to hide it or glorify someone after death. Her children suffered a lot. Lisa Marie had everything to make a wonderful life for her kids and she didn't. Her mother handed her 100 million dollars when she became eligible for Elvis' estate. Money isn't everything, but it helps.
Any part of any conversation about anyone can include their faults and failings, it should. We put these celebrities up on pedestals and completely ignore what kind of people they are. Then when they die, they are canonized. It is ridiculous. Celebrity worship certainly excuses a lot of sins. When she married Michael Jackson and defended him against the child sex abuse allegations, she really jumped the shark. Then she just kept spiraling downward. I like and respect plenty of people, just not people like this.
