3 Beethoven and 5 Quarry tracks - the rehearsals for the then cancelled gigs probably explains some of those choices.
FWD.

Guess he still desired to do them, in spite of those cancelled gigs.

Morrissey f***ing around with a bag instead of singing "Please" was the strangest thing I've seen him do in fifteen shows.

Odd setlist. Lots of changes. Lots of the usual stuff omitted. No matter what he does, I see people come on here and grouse. Was this my favorite set list I've ever seen him do? No. He certainly mixed it up, a little heavy on Quarry for my taste, but that's to be expected given recent history. I honestly think casual fans would have been disappointed with this setlist more than the hardcore, lots of deep cuts. No suedehead, no everyday is like Sunday, no how soon is now.

After the long layoff I'm happy to say that Moz looked and sounded as good as I've ever seen. The band is a different story. I'm far from an expert, but they had some issues that were somewhat glaring tonight.

I'm back in for tomorrow's show as well. It would be nice to see the setlist changed, but having done eight of the residency shows at Caesars over the last couple years, I'm pretty much expecting a copy/paste situation.

Encore shirt = Paul Bergen's new Beethoven album cover.

One I recognise without searching...
