The plot sickens...I was looking forward to seeing BOTH Moz & Kristeen in Chicago but now I will see neither. 3rd cancellation in 3 years! I'm tired of all the fragile bodies, minds & egos!

So how can one catch anything from another person with allergies? How "ill" is Moz, really? Acute fever? Viruses? I'd rather he say he's feeling a bit depressed and the meds weren't working so the tour's off. That I could buy, but acute fever and viruses, ostensibly from allergies? Nah, ain't buying it.

Could be aids, depression meds needed adjusting, or he's not sick at all.

I think he intended on playing Baltimore, because they did make it there.

Kristeen better enjoy all this attention while it lasts. She's a rude asshole who has sucked the Morrissey well dry. Does anyone really like her music, really? ??? The emperor has no clothes. Let's face it; she sounds like a cat in heat and plays the piano about as well as a cat walking across it. I've disliked her snarky comments and superior attitude from the get go. If anything had made me think less of Morrissey it was the fact that he had anything to do with her. Morrissey may have made up lies about her but who f***ing cares?? This closes the door on her having anything to do with him again and that makes me do a happy dance. Too bad he can't recall the load of crap he wrote about her in his autobiography. Tony Visconti is a total prick, too.

I wonder if the vinyl has been pressed and the cds have been manufactured, because I'm sure Moz is going to erase her backing vocals off of Earth Is The Loneliest Planet. I don't see him spend all that money to re-manufacture those products along with the credits in the booklet though.

Moz should just go all digital from now on, so much easier to erase your former friends that way.

Nobody's winning as both Moz & KY are fighting a losing battle. With he said/she said battles, the battle-lines are already drawn given everybody's favorites to begin with. Not quite the Cunnilingus disaster from eons ago but it's certainly damaging to both sides and I don't see a b-day card addressed to KY from Moz forthcoming.

All very sad. What a shame. As a Moz fan since the late 80s I was actually getting quite excited about the new material and enjoying the footage on YouTube from his current US tour. This spat with KY is so unedifying. Makes you realise why Johnny Marr left the Smiths...and why Judge Weeks - for all Moz's page after page in his Autobiography of arguing otherwise - was absolutely spot-on.

This is really weird, less than one week ago he thanks her in concert "for doing whatever the hell it is she does and doing it very well" and now this? it makes no sense.
I hope Morrissey will recover soon, I'm sad for the fans who cannot attend the last nine shows.

WHAT A c***! And I don't mean KY. It's totally unprofessional to throw your opening act under the bus and blame her for his illness even if it is true. Show some professionality & own up to canceling the remainder of the tour. It's not her fault he allegedly has HIV/AIDS and may have a compromised immune system that leads to picking up the slightest contagion in the breeze.
