Funnily enough, the concert backdrop to KMAL is apparently some fascist dude and nobody gave a toss. I googled his poetry for form's sake and just got myself a headache after 2 minutes. Also I think Jake becoming a daddy has upset him more than he realizes. Having identified wimmin as the source of all his problems, it's fair to say he has very mixed emotions about them, be they Granada grannies or Hackney hotties.

Finally, the sexiest thing I've ever seen in a Morrissey video were the two twin joggers in "Sunny". They appear magically out of nowhere, like a genius stroke, although having nothing to do with Kirk Douglas. For this moment of pure Art, much will be forgiven, except this dreadful nepotistic post-ironic (? I got that from Anaes) soft-pornish failingly taunting piece of garbage with wings, because I don't like it, and I don't even don't like it, it's that crap.

I am simply unable to parse whatever it is you are trying to communicate. Men are also, increasingly, objectified. That is also a matter of concern, but we're not talking about Madonna's videos on this thread.

I'm not interested in this thread or video anymore. Neither is Morrissey. We're both in an indignant rage-spiral about Chinese rabbit farmers now. At least people care enough about the plight of lingerie models in videos enough to get this thread to over 700 comments. There's only 3 comments on the rabbits thread. That says A LOT to me about the world and about Morrissey's 'fans'.

I've had my afternoon tea and 2 vegan Oreos. The smog is stopping me from a walk in the sunshine, so it's back to the grindstone, but NOT on this thread. I don't want to talk about Cheese or Lingerie anymore, it's all about the Rabbits...
