Johnny Marr at The Windfall gig

I went to watch a Manchester band in April called The Windfall. The vocalists' clearly like Morrissey's work and they are very good. In the audience was a certain Johnny Marr (his son opened proceedings that night). Johnny clearly liked what he saw and was chatting to Rob from the band afterwards. Keep an eye on them, I think some of you may like them.

Just to let everyone know that Johnny Marr attended a gig in Manchester in April that his son played at and he stuck around to watch the next band (a Morrissey/Smiths inspired Folk band) and he loved them. He was chatting to the band after and I just think some of you guys may really like them

I really like this band and their guitar playing. I can hear tints of The Pentangle in their sound, especially the vocal interplay, very reminiscent of Bert Jansch and Jacqui McShee. I noticed on their list of influences that John Renbourn is there too. Obviously why Marr likes them. I'd love to see them live.
