I'm sure everyone who visits this site will wish Alain Whyte a speedy return to health.

It has to be said though what an amazing guitarist Morrissey has added to te ranks in the form of Jesse Tobias.I was not familiar with any of his work before but I thought he really cranked the whole Morrissey Live Experience up by several notches on Tuesday night.

Very powerful player and he commanded a presence on stage that made him seem equal in stature to Morrissey.

You could really hear where he had added little bits to the songs and if this guy can write like he can play then it would be intesting to hear some form of collabiration between him and Morrissey.Boz also seemed much more alive and he really seemed yo feed off Jesse in a big way.

The version of HSIN is possibly the best Moz live song I have ever heard. The guys also did a total revamp on "Shakespeare's Sister" which was superb.

Wish I could have veeb at Paisley tonight.Work really is 4 letter word

Hi to all those I met in the "Shakespeare" beforehand and thanks for the birthday greetings from Radar and Bluenose....and of course Andy I.

Glad to hear you had a good one, you can't beat a top gig on your birthday. I'm going to see Hugh Cornwell on Sunday night, so I'd better get my all black Stranglers uniform neatly pressed.
