Is routine circumcision right or wrong?

Should parents have their children's body parts surgically removed w/o med necessity?

I don't get labiaplasty, the more the better I say.

I was passed over for routine circumcision on account of being mistaken for a baby girl - suprapubic subcutaneous fat can sometimes be a blessing. :)

Still no votes for circumcision - I might conclude that no one here actually believes it's okay to have it performed on babies if that's their parents' wish...

That's not how your poll question reads.

Does routine circumcision mean something else than parents having their children's foreskin surgically removed without medical necessity? (Cuz if you vote for the second option, "body parts" from the poll question gets replaced by "foreskin" - the second option doesn't include any other body part)

I would also support having a harmless sixth finger or toe removed. Your poll question is poorly worded. You need to be more specific.

I also think you're picking a fight just to start trouble, and you are being grossly insensitive.

I'm sorry if you perceive me as insensitive

Because of character limit, I really didn't phrase my poll question very well. I urge you to read these two posts where I explain it better:

I've read your posts. You could easily have phrased your poll question appropriately. You chose not to, because you wanted to slant the question to support your view.

Please tell you expend this much energy on more important issues, as well. Please.

Im sure she does, like La Leche League. All people should breastfeed their kids into 1st grade!
