'I’ve Been Dreaming Of A Time When...' statement; "For Britain" support - Morrissey Central

Today's missive from our favourite radical spokesperson.

I’ve Been Dreaming Of A Time When / the English / are sick to death of Labour and Tories - Morrissey Central
April 20, 2018

I despise racism.

I despise fascism.

I would do anything for my Muslim friends, and I know they would do anything for me.

In view of this, there is only one British political party that can safeguard our security.

That party is For Britain.

Please give them a chance. Listen to them. Do not be influenced by the tyrannies of the MSM who will tell you that For Britain are racist or fascist - please believe me, they are the very opposite!!! Please do not close your mind.

Labour is hopelessly naive.

Theresa May’s policies have turned Britain into a international target.

The BBC has closed down.

The Loony Left is concerned only with victim culture.

For Britain will keep British society together. Violence is not the way forward.
There are many problems in modern Britain that have become too large for Theresa May to deal with - mostly because she created them in the first place. The press appear to deal only in fashionable outrage; inflammatory and unjust comments against any new party that threatens the same old bloody pointless two-party system.

Please give For Britain a chance. They will bring an end to the modern Westminster mania for self-destruction. For Britain is the bulldog breed that will never surrender. Both Labour and Conservatives have already sold you down the river into righteous oblivion.

This is my last political strike. No wish to upset anyone! But the time has come to fight, and Labour and the Conservatives have their backs to the sea.

Are you capable of change?

Thank you, and peace for all of us

Maybe it isn’t a matter of the Morrissey we knew having gone, but that he never existed. Like most entertainers he was a construct, partly of his own making and partly of ours as individuals. Just as our parents pruojected their hopes, fears and neuroses on the Beatles or Elvis or Freddie & The Dreamers we did it with him.

Morrissey as a truly important artist ended with the Smiths. He has made plenty of great music since then, but for those last two or three years in the Smiths he was a true cultural icon. The reason we still hear about him today is in no small part because some of those who now control the media were fans back then too. A new album is still treated as a significant event, when perhaps it just isn’t.
In other words ! ! ! !

CrankFraud.

I created the term above and gladly give my permission for it to be entered onto Wikipedia to describe our hateful, nasty piece of work Steven.

There's no need for debunking anymore ! ( feel free to sing along to the tune "no need to argue" by the Cranberries/ peace be with you Dolores xx)

I believe posse is a cowboy term and therefore a noun possessed by the rural white republicans. No cultural appropriation please lest I accuse you of being racist and tone deaf

Well living in Manchester and having seen the Smiths a couple of times and really enjoying his solo stuff for a number of years it does hurt my head to see what he has become. I don’t expect him to think like me but I also never expected him to turn out to be a racist misguided prick.
Back from Barcelona, looks like I've got a lot to catch up on. (It's all getting a bit sad now).

Someone please take him home!...

The whispering
May hurt you
But the printed word might kill you

The whispering
May hurt you
But the printed word might kill you

So don't let the blue
The blue eyes fool you
They're just gelignite
Loaded and aiming right between your eyes

CD's and T-shirts, promos and God knows
You know I couldn't last
Someone please take me home

The teenagers
Who love you
They will wake up, yawn and kill you

The teenagers
Who love you
They will wake up, yawn and kill you

So don't let the blue
The blue eyes fool you
They're just gelignite
Loaded and aiming right between your eyes

CD's and T-shirts, promos and God knows
You know I couldn't last
Someone please take me home

There's a cash register ringing and
It weighs so heavy on my back
Someone please take me home

The critics who
Can't break you
They somehow help to make you

The critics who
Can't break you
Unwittingly they make you

So don't let the good days
Of the gold discs
Creep up and mug you
With evil legal eagles
You know I couldn't last

Accountants rampant
You know I couldn't last
Every -ist and every -ism
Thrown my way to stay
And the Northern leeches go on
Removing, removing, removing

Then in the end
Your royalties bring you luxuries
Your royalties bring you luxuries

Oh but
The squalor of the mind
The squalor of the mind
The squalor of the mind
The squalor of the mind
I love this song.

Did you by any chance bump into Victor Lindelöf the Man United player in the airport?

How much did those fancy pickpockets down there pluck you off?

No, he's just being a prick and it's disappointing. He should hang out with my neighbor. He has 3 dogs and is sitting out in the sun listening to right wing talk radio as I speak.

Also-

View attachment 44365

Moz is trying to give you all insight into the truth of the political situation, and I am underlying his more subtle concepts. Moz is very succesful, his adverasries have no money, they want right to not work laws!!
Moz has obviously given this much thought and has a winning political philosphy.:thumb:

By the way, odd, aint it, our Halal Butcher two weeks in Barcelona....who else, I wonder...
was absent recentely for 2 weeks. A case for all the detectives out there.

Dont worry about your neighbor, dont do anything rash....let him do as he pleases.
I dont get upset when loony lefties listen to CNN all the time. I even watch to laugh a
bit, I love when they get hysterical over Russian spies.

You all cant get rid of everybody who is not a left winger? Where is free stuff
going to be coming from then?

You seem intent on a tinternet argument - constantly moving the goal post, getting personal and needing to have the last word.

I have said what I wanted to say, I think it's wrong to single out halal slaughter. It's a convenient stick with which to beat Muslims. More and more European countries require that animals must be stunned before halal slaughter without the help of the far right.
Following your absurd argument someone could say: it's wrong to single out this kind of torture, or this kind of rape, etc. Bad things have to be singled out in order to be known, punished and eventually prevented. Otherwise we would end up making generalizations of every bad thing that happens in this world in order to not disturb the criminals by not condemning another criminals.

This is too good to be true, my two biggest antagonists are at each others throats. This should be on tv in the back garden with a big steak on the grill smelling all over the neighbourhood.

Carbs man I need carbs for this kind of entertainment and MEAT MEAT I SAY!

I'm sick of this debate. I'm not Morrissey's biggest fan, but he's a terrific songwriter and knows a melody and hook or two with a skill that prevails today. I've been thinking and reading about all this over the past few days and I've decided that I can separate Morrissey the artist from his views and beliefs. After all, he's been banging on about Meat is Murder for 30 years and I'm a regular visitor to the Beefeater restaurant here in the UK (actually I've often chuckled what would Moz think as I tuck into my succulent sirloin!), so as his view didn't affect me then, I don't think his views are going to affect me now. Rightly or wrongly, I can understand how he's arrived at some of his views, but he won't find an answer with those nut jobs and neither will I. But why does it matter to people so much anyway? Why does he have to subscribe the "One Love" populist approach to the world. I'm a working class socialist (I think!) through origin, yet I understand why people think as they do because mainstream politics is full of lies, inconsistency and takes the piss out of us all. Show ponying is the order of the day, faux outrage and the snow flake generation. He's also entitled to his views and if you don't like don't buy. But please can all of you so easily offended anti racist - anti fascist fascists just pack up and go home as it's wasted energy. Morrissey is a curmudgeonly near 59 year old bloke who has a particular world view, that's his, I have mine, I'm not famous, but he is and we're reportedly outraged that he speaks his mind where other's wont. I actually don't care, because in this world there are far darker forces than the likes of Morrissey to worry about. Once again, if you don't like don't buy. It's as if we can't get over that he's not the quiffed, fey, romantic, handsome chap of 1987. That's gone, now move on.
Typical apathetic, middle aged white guy response. None of this effects me, so shy should I care?

Please, stay out of the discussion if you're not interested. You only reinforce the stereotype.

Really ?????

I quote :
"I despise racism.
I despise fascism.
(...)
In view of this, there is only one British political party that can safeguard our security.
That party is For Britain.
"
For Britain is a far-right party.
Just take a look at all the far-right European parties for more than a century and tell me honestly if any of these parties is not, if only slightly, racist or facist.

"Please give them a chance. Listen to them. Do not be influenced by the tyrannies of the MSM who will tell you that For Britain are racist or fascist - please believe me, they are the very opposite!!! Please do not close your mind."
Not racist or facist, but big amalgam on Islam and Muslims anyway, which is the hallmark of far-right and populist groups: the fear of the other, the fear of the foreigner.
Divide and rule.

What was there in front of the entrance of the stores in England, formerly?
Oh yes, no dog, no irish

Like what, we remember that which suits us .....
It would really make me laugh if tomorrow the For Britain party said, "Well, now we're expelling the Irish from England, go home."

And I keep the best for last
"I would do anything for my Muslim friends, and I know they would do anything for me."
The fetish phrase of people who claim not to be racist .....
During the 70s and 80s it was "I myself have an excellent black friend (doctor, lawyer, etc .... not a sweeper or a garbage man anyway)". Currently it's the same sentence, but you replace black by muslim ....

Who put the M on Mosley

ps: the next backdrop for the future gigs, who will it be?
Goebbels?
Jörg Haider?
Franco?
Pinochet?

Why are we calling anyone a racist, when there's no such thing as a non-racist?

You, reading this now, you...are a racist.

The person typing this, is a racist.

Everyone is a racist.

You won't want to think of yourself as one and you won't 'identify' as one (to use another moronic PC term) but you're a racist.

Why then call anyone else a racist? Is Moz a racist? Yes! Are you who calls him a racist, racist? Yes.

Racist!

Racist!
Wow....
Very nice argument, really!
So if someone says that he is racist or fascist, it becomes de facto racist or fascist .... Sorry, but it's completely false and stupid.

So morriSSey who denounces carnivores, is not a vegetarian, but a carnivore, if I follow your logic?

There is a huge difference, of nuance, between being racist and not loving someone in relation to one's opinions.
A racist (morriSSey for example) does not like people who are of different origins than him (for summary: white, European, Christian).
I do not like morriSSey for what he says, hence the nuance. It's not for that skin color, for the place where he was born, or for his beliefs, that I do not like him.

If a guy starts bawling under the window of my room at 3 am and wakes me up, I do not really care where he comes from, whether the color of his skin or his religion, for me it is just an asshole that does not respect others.
By cons, if I follow your reasoning, if the guy is black or Asian or mulsuman, I have the right to say that it is a "stranger" and if it is white, it becomes normal and I let it continue?

Some morriSSesy's fans are really a sheeps, who do not think and swallow everything their idol can say.
Open your eyes and think for yourself.
If tomorrow morriSSey says: "you must kill all the non-vegetarians", you would?
And if you were non-vegetarian, would you kill yourself?

Are you so blind and deaf, to follow all that morrisey can say, do you still have an ounce of judgment or free will?

In this case, you are no better than those cowards who kill innocents all over the world in the name of their religion (unfortunately, in world history, it is not new, and whatever the religion or place where it could have happened and is happening now ...).

poor weak-minded .....

For Britain isn’t a party that I would personally lend my vote to, but having read their manifesto and watched some interviews with Anne Marie Waters last night, they are not a racist or white supremacist party. They are considered as ‘far right’ because they vocally oppose Islam and believe that it is morally incompatible with the values of the West. This may well be a contentious or controversial opinion, but it is not racist.

If that is the yardstick we are using these days, then - if he was still alive - Christopher Hitchens would be considered ‘racist’ for relentlessly arguing against Islam. Of course he wasn’t, but it stands to reason that people shouldn’t be branded ‘racist’ for simply not being able to agree with the morals of a particular theology.

Of course these types of political parties are always bound to attract actual racists for their own agendas, which then makes it a difficult issue to navigate. But people really need to get away from the whole ‘you-don’t-like-what-Islam-stands-for, therefore-you’re-racist’ schtick because it’s not accurate and not helpful.

And in other news hating Jews is obviously fine too. It's just a religion. If you don't like their food or their ideas of being the chosen ones, it's OK.

Obviously there would be outrage if somebody came out with that and rightly so but it's no different, just the name has changed.
