Human Being live

Am I right in thinking Morrissey has performed this live? If so could somebody tell me whats the best sound quality version of it and possibly upload/direct me to the concert?

I think the best version of 'Human Being' is avaible on the tv broadcast of the Novi Sad, Exit Festival in Sebia.
I have the dvd, but still don't find the way to rip it in audio(I must be stupid!).
