How was Lou Reed at Hop Farm?

Those of you who went to Hop Farm, did you watch Mr Reed? How was he? I would have loved to have seen him.

I was there.... I love Lou but I must say the performance was overall lacklustre , he seemed to be prompting / conducting his musicians and it was obvious he was not happy with his backing band either due to lack of experience / not knowing the songs etc. He sounded good but it was a very slow set he had chosen. Sweet Jane was played at the end but without the great crescendo. It was pretty easy to get near to the front as a lot of people decided to up sticks halfway through.

I loved him... "Ecstasy" was amazing, for me the best song of the set... I thought he was funny, in good spirits and his voice sounded great...
