"HE CHANNELED HIS FAVORITE SONGWRITERS.

“I often reference someone like Morrissey when I’m writing about relationships because he looks at love from such a peculiar angle. Who else writes a lyric like, ‘The more you ignore me, the closer I get’? You just go, ‘Oh, my God -- is this guy reading my mind?’ For me, I’m always looking at lyricists like Bob Dylan, Joni Mitchell. Morrissey I would put in that category, though some people may balk at that. And Marc Bolan as well. He was one of the great surrealists.”

But it took him that long to finally admit to his obvious IRA ties over the years and the services he did for that terror group on his many travels not to mention the IRA pub he always went to in Dublin.

Ye I reckon George Alan O'Dowd is an Irish Catholic too so both him and Air Morrissey share the same spirituality, but me reckon of course George Alan O'Dowd can't afford to live in Malibu and was not born in the San Fernando valley like Air Morrissey mate inn n n n nn dint in n n it.

Spot on, great guy!

The last one I remember who put Moz and Dylan forward as best lyricists of all time (on national television no less) was Peter Finan, a former mod on this site.

I wonder if he was channeling Morrissey when he said those things about Sadiq Khan, when Morrissey said Hitler was left wing, that there was a conspiracy against Anne Marie Waters, how he lovers Nazi bloggers, and how Farage is a liberal educator? If that's the case, then this album can be avoided.

It's been a long time since anything as brilliant as The More You Ignore me, but yes, back in the day Morrissey was up there with any lyricist on matters of the heart. I'd argue better.

Here in America we have Kanye West calling for the return of slavery for blacks, and has been urging Trump to nuke Iran.

Hitler and all nazis are left wing cause they are socialists just like yourself. In fact workers movements across Europe inspired Hitler.
Your political compass is broken to go with the moral one.

When you sit in your greasy underpants, typing this shite, do you think that it is funny? Do you think, 'I know what I'll do today, I'll post the most witless shite imaginable because it gives me a voice...it tells the world that I'm alive?' You really are a massive twat. I don't know you. I don't know anything about you. But I do know that you a massive, massive twat.

Just saying.

Anyone who thinks Hitler was left wing is an absolute moron. That or somebody who has never bothered to read any political history ever.

But those that cannot see that socialism is the same no matter if it national or not need their heads checked and yes you voted for something that inspired Hitler and the workers parties have always been nazis.
I hate it when someone who is so brainwashed that he never even studied this tells others that they no nothing but we had this discussion before and you lost then and will lose now and please focus on something important like finding a cap big enough to hide that big furry head of yours that look like a creepy forest where the kids in Stranger Things got lost.
I know you're in Nottingham but there is no need for you to have the Sherwood forest on your head, we can go there and see it for ourselves if we want without your silly installation on top of your echo chamber of a head.
Please return to not coming here as much cause that felt like a more productive time in Solo history.
Thanks!
