How many of you have been called a racist?

I've never been called a racist, but I'm sure I have racist thoughts and ideas even though I'd prefer not to.

I have. I was in a lift in a shopping centre in Bradford, and I had the kids with me. There were two asian girls in there swearing really loudly. I'm pretty good at swearing too, but not in front of my kids. I asked them to stop. And then they called me a "White bastard" and said the'd phone their brother to come and beat me up.

The funny bit is I've been a lifelong anti-racist person myself. They didn't even know me.

Respect and tolerance, people.

give us a break

No, I don't think this website is racist.

But Morrissey has been called a racist and that is why I posted the thread it in General Discussion.

I still don't understand why my threads were moved, but the "How many of you are Vegetarians?" thread didn't get moved from General Discussion.

You don't intend to have a serious discussion, you're just mocking Dave and other users who like to post copycat threads.

Vegetarian thread is fundamentaly Morrissey related.

Copycat threads will be moved to off-topic.

I understand why the vegetarian thread was originally in General but it's become a hugely boring and predictable discussion (and I include my own contributions in that) with virtually no reference to Morrissey at all.
If people want to ramble on and on about off-topic stuff, that's fine, but this should obviously be in the off-topic forum.

She's mocking me or another Dave? I have to check because I fell for this once today already. :D

You need more fiber in your diet.

I suggest you to go back general discussion and off-topic 30 March 2010, then you find out what happened on that day.

I think she's mocking Theo because that second paragraph sounds like either an homage or a parody.

This puzzle you propose is interesting. I'm making a note of it.

I am NOT mocking Dave.
I'm not mocking anyone, actually.
Please be respectful. Don't assume that you know my intentions.
Thank you.

Ive been called "racialistic" by a friend who told his workmates, quite innocently, that because he could speak two languages,he was "cunnilingual".

I kid you not.

Hes queer btw.

That's funny.

I sent a link to this site to a UK friend - before I moved here myself - and he said it was racist. At the time I really couldn't see what he meant. But now I live in the UK and I see that the word "engrish" has some racist connotations.

There is some pretty funny stuff on that website, though.

usually when I have been called a racist, people were just mistaken in that they thought that simply because I am bald  and scary when on something  or drunk :squiffy:
but sometimes its funny to be called racist :thumb:

I got called a racist honky because I wouldn't give a guy some free slices of cheese. He did not say "Simon Says."

Well being a racist I believe is when you think your race is superior to other races...

I don't think that..

People always say I am anti-Asian. I think it's more anti-Asian culture imo.
