How do you get on the cover of a Moz record

Inspired by the news story on the back page of my local newspaper which shows that boxer Cornelius Carr, (his boat race on the cover of 'World of Morrissey' Compilation), is back in the ring, I'm wondering what do you have to do as a mortal human being to get on the cover of a Morrissey record.

I wouldn't risk brain damage - or would I?

Can you believe C.C. is only 30 years old? So many icons are on the sleeves and this guy lives round the corner from me here in Kingston. I must nip round and get his autograph....

Clearly I already have Alzheimer's as the article says CC is 31.
Far, far better to be on the cover of an all-new album than a compilation.
