Here we go again another fake

the same seller has many other signed albums as well.

you'd think he could tell them apart.

The only Smiths signed item that is real/authentic is the Meat Is Murder LP. http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/SMITHS-SIGNED...596?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_2&hash=item1c175a4a9c

The rest are Andy Rourke's (real but worthless), dodgy at best or just bad fakes as you all could see. I asked the seller for permission to bid on the MIM signed LP and to ship to my country. Strangely, he refused with a curt "NO" .
No one is gonna bid and I offered to take it off him but he said he would sell me any other item except this LP. Something's not right about this seller :crazy:

the rourke one looks way off to me.

the joyce one, compared to the sigs i've acquired looks close but could have been copied from this same image:

sure if its real it should look like it, but something about it on that auction has an uncomfortableness about it.
if the morrissey one is real, its quite sad that the rest are fakes.

To date, this seller has been the only supplier of grey Girlfriend in a Coma posters.

And whilst we're looking at Stumpy... what about this signed TCM?

Not 100% sure about the signed TCM, but pretty sure that all the other posters listed are genuine (including the signed How Soon Is Now?)

The signed TCM is a dud.

The posters are real, I can only guess these posters were poorly distributed at that time and these sellers all keep loads of it. I have noticed it's always been the same few sellers on ebay with a large collection to sell.
 
I have no idea whether this is fake or genuine - but I've never seen the photo before - nice :thumb:
