I reckon Uncle Steve, Chrissie Hynde, and James O'brien partied a lot at that place when Steve lived in West Hollywood before he became the mayor of Malibu. Reckon I don't know why. Very ugly, but some foreigner or someone from New Yawk or Chicaaawgo will buy it not knowing they can just go to the Calabasas Costco when they get the blueberry muffins in and see Steve inn nn n it.
