The tapes belong to Mike but copyright belongs to M&M (and maybe Rough Trade / whatever label the signed too too), so no chance of them getting released. I asked Mike years ago when I first met him and he told me about all these different versions (such as 'Frankly Mr Shankly' with a trombone) why he didn't hand them over to the record label and he said they were not interested, they just wanted to keep re-issuing the same old singles in a different format
