As a long time Grant Lee Phillips fan, it is a difficult task to recommend a particular show. I think a short but very impressive live performance at Club Lek Amsterdam is a good one to start with. Then definitely choose a Largo show to get the best live experience; 23 Feb 2002 show has excellent choices from Buffalo era too. For studio performances I think MLive Acoustic Cafe is the best compared to KCRW shows.
