The list Kewpie posted is very helpful for finding Morrissey-related sights in London.
However, as one anon mentioned, Morrissey's birthplace isn't London, but Manchester. There you'll find a lot of Smiths-related landmarks, such as the Salford Lads Club, Strangeways Prison, Southern Cemetery, and Morrissey's old house. There is a bus tour that will take you to all of these locations. The tour guide, Craig Gill, is a really great guy and very knowledgeable about Manchester's musical history. Manchester is only about a two and a half hour train ride from London, so it's an easily manageable day trip.
