Re: Joyce v. Morrissey Decision - Peter Gibson L.J.

LOaf, have you heard the Janice Long interview? Morrissey said that he doesn't know the reasons for his cases being dismissed. What do you think? True? Possible?

An unkind person might say...

The low-life has lost his appeal...

Hey, call me Oaf! No, I haven't heard that. Is that one this site?
Doesn't know the reasons? His lawyer must keep him informed on things.
It's probably more that he doesn't accept those reasons?

Im sure his attorney's do but its so much easier to play the poor me role to people. Did Morrissey really think "The judge was mean to me" appeal was really going to work? On second thought, maybe he did and thats just sad. Instead of writing to the Queen and PM Tony Blair he would have been better off in front of Moral Court because there he would win.

I don't know if I could handle the informality, but I'll keep it in mind - thank you.

Not exactly sure what you mean by that last sentence but if you haven't heard it and you would like to go to:

www.stereomono.com/mp3/Moz_BBC2.mp3

Although the front page states it's on the BBC site, all I found was a paragraph saying it was coming soon.

One would think so.

> It's probably more that he doesn't accept those reasons?

Possibly...he did seemed adamant that he was continuing with the battle as the responses he has received were that his appeals were "rejected" without any explanation of why.
