I bought one of these back in the early 2000's, maybe late 90's for far less from a reputable seller. I'd say this is real. Looks very close to the copy I have. This is only one of two times I have purchased an autograph.

JBoyle19, thanks for posting the page advertising the contest. I'd love to get it framed along with that page. Anybody have that issue for sale?

I found both issues on eBay. It shouldn't be that difficult.
