Former Echo and the Bunnymen keyboard player Jake Brockman dies

Jake Brockman, a former keyboard player with Echo and the Bunnymen, has been killed in a motorbike crash on the Isle of Man on September 1st. Brockman died when his bike collided with a converted ambulance on Tuesday. He was taken to hospital but died from his injuries a few hours later. Brockman was Known to fans as the "Fifth Bunnyman". He was part of the band's entourage since the 80s and became a full-time member in 1989. Just over 20 years ago the band's first drummer Pete De Freitas also died in a motorcycle accident. Echo and the Bunnymen have paid tribute to Mr Brockman on their official website by posting the above picture on the main entry.
