Asked if he could miss the remainder of the season, Mussina said: "That's a possibility, I guess."

Mussina is going to miss at least 2 games and we have the Soxs coming into the Bronx next weekend. If Mussina is gone for the season- we are F*CKed!!

Ohhh, that is pretty bad for the Yanks. I have divided loyalties for the time being, so I'm sad for you, but not TOO broken up about it! Is Jaret Wright okay from that injury the other night?

Our good man Aaron Boone lost the game for the Tribe tonight. The Indians faced Johan Santana, and he pretty much proved why he's the best pitcher in the AL...BUT the Indians managed to stay within a run by the time he left the game, AND they tied it in the top of the 9th. Everything was in place for us to steal an extra win, and it would've been our biggest win of the season. Then Aaron Boone throws the ball away when trying to throw to first, setting up the Twins winning run. :/ It's getting annoying how this happens every time the Indians can tie for the lead in the wild card.

Wright is scheduled on Wed but Torre did't sound hopeful. Wang should be coming back soon. I think tonights game is going to be on ESPN. We don't know who is pitching against the axis of evil next weekend.

He threw another ball away yesterday!!!

But that's not why we lost. We lost cuz Casey Blake (my least favorite Indian) dropped a ball in the outfield that was a tough play but...once a ball is in the glove you really just have to squeeze, and if you hit the wall...you hit the wall...whatever! Ugh, what a terrible weekend of lost opportunities, blowing games with the little mistakes and defensive errors. :/ And we can't tie the Yankees; we'd have to end a game ahead. And the Yankees have all those Orioles games. Ugh.

Too bad. I'm torn but I kind of enjoyed Fenway in a complete silence at the end of the game. I'm sorry.

Yanks def have an advantage over the Soxs, we have 6 against TB,toronto, and 8 against Baltimore. Soxs have 3 against LA and Oakland. Tampa Bay is coming to the Bronx tomorrow.
But the Tribe has 7 games against KC and 3 against TB so don't lose the faith!

The Indians still control their destiny with respect to the A's cuz we play them again. Other than that...I guess they've just gotta get back to winning and hope things work out. Cleveland fans don't have much faith because all our teams are cursed, but I guess we gotta have a sweep or two against someone, and no more stupid mistakes!!
