Did anyone see "Q mix week" on television last night. "This Charming Man" was mixed with "Without Me" by Eminem. It'll probably keep cropping up on the channel if people keep requesting it.

i heard some mix of an eminem song with "this charming man" a few months ago and regarded it and still regard it as a travesty. now i can't listen TCM without hearing eminem's whiney ass voice. to steal a line from another morrissey composition: eminem, "when will you die?"

Excuse me but who asked you! The music hasn't been changed one bit and I think the two tracks go well together.

It's been out a while. You can get it on downloads from some sources.
I don't like it to be honest. After the novelty value has worn off. It's desecration! I actually like Eminem but just getting a bit tired of his stuff recently. Too much exposure?

There's been Eminmen versus led zeppelin as well (the wanton song crused up in the mix) as well as a few others.. the jacknife lee remix of 'Closet' was good too.

Now the Strokes versus Christina Aguillera and the remix of 'Genie in a bottle' was excellent! In my opinion..

that's a bit harsh. I enjoy a lot of Eminem's stuff, a lot of it is tongue in cheek and hilarious. He's really good fun live and one of the most important artists around right now. I found the bootleg funny the first few times, then it started to blag.

no, excuse you. if someone posts something on a messageboard, they're going to get responses. isn't that the whole idea? duh.
