this is the second song

in the video, it seems like he's at the beginning of this song, but actually, its toward the end of the song at the 2:15 point of 'black cloud' where the solitary idiot makes his stand


what makes this guy a true documentor is that he keeps the recording of this catastrofy event recording well after the video stops...you can hear the fans right next to this recorders thoughts about what was unfolding

i count 4 different chants of morrissey after that point 1:11 when the lights cut on, which the crowd then , to me, sounds like they are NOW shouting scones, so i don't under stand its meaning because ive been hanging out here in the u.s. for awhile

then the announcer comes on to say, at 1:45 point, that morrissey has been hit in the head with a bottle of beer, then....

To me it sounds like they are chanting "off, off, off" presumably because the lights had come on (signifying the end of the gig) and they wanted the lights off and the gig to go on.

Maybe someone who is there could help?

Everyone was shouting 'out, out, out' (i.e. throw the pint thrower out) where I was-sounds like that to me on this.
Like everyone else I hoped that if the culprit got thrown out the gig might continue but sadly not.....

Thanks for sharing....the quality of the recording is fantastic. Just makes it all the more sad knowing there would have been a great tape of the show had it continued.
