Hi,
Does anyone have any ideas what is the earliest known recording of The Smiths? I'm sure Mike has some old stuff that maybe hasn't been heard but I wonder if that 30 sec clip of "I Want A Boy For My Birthday" might be the earliest recording in existence? That clip must dat from at least as early as one of the first two gigs, before even that Hacienda recording/video. Any other thoughts or ideas?
