The brand new single "The Journey" by Dolores O'Riordan (Ex-Cranberries) will be available digitally from August 10th onwards. It has become a very contagious sing allong track that will plase all Cranberries fans for sure. Her new album "No Baggage", out on Cooking Vinyl, will hit the shelves on August 21st. Co-produced by Ontario-based Dan Brodbeck, the album holds 11 tracks. Her first solo album "Are You Listening?" was released in May 2007. The album has sold over 350,000 copies worldwide since its release. Order it here for... 5.99 UK Pound (!!!) and get free shipping worldwide on top. Who said CD's were expensive?

Dolores Mary Eileen O'Riordan (Burton) (born 6 September 1971, County Limerick) is an Irish singer and songwriter. She led The Cranberries to worldwide success and fame for thirteen years before the band took a hiatus in 2003. Since leaving The Cranberries, who sold more than 40 million albums worldwide, O'Riordan has been splitting her time between Dublin and Ontario, Canada.

O'Riordan is also set to make her acting debut in the upcoming David Grieco film, "Secrets of Love". The filming is set to begin spring 2009. "Secrets of Love" is a story about obsession; an obsession concerning the mysterious murder of singer Sarah Blisset (played by O'Riordan).

I'm glad it's not a cover of the track by dodgy boy group 911. It's alright and everything.
